Oral history given by Stanton Strawson interviewed by Marion Smith who was employed by the City of Westminter to write the book "Westminster Then and Now" of his life and happenings in Westminster Colorado. He talks of many residents at the time he lived here and their importance in the forming of a town and the different obstacles facing them at the time. Some of the residents were Newt Bowles, Bradburn, Stuckey, Mrs. Van Scoy, Jess Bowles, Rev. Rudolph, Pleasant and Ben DeSpain, Mr. Harris, Begole, Mr John Sullivan,Merton and Burton Williams, Homer Bowles, Cummings, Ranum, Mr. Gregory, Rev.Taylor, Dr. Phillips, Shipman, Stromberg, Francis Day and Dean Hardin.
